Charles Chisholm

Chief Executive Officer

Charles has been in the cleaning industry since 1989 when he started his own small business cleaning many contracts in and around York and the Northern areas; including specialist one off and carpet cleans. After several years, having built a strong customer base, he moved the business forward introducing blue chip companies including Banks, Cinemas, Schools, Solicitors, Accountants and Factories to his portfolio. By 2001 this business had expanded to employing over four hundred employees, with a turnover in excess of £1,600,000. Charles then sold to a larger Company remaining with them as Business Development Director and grew the company revenue to over £3 Million. In 2003 Charles formed Future Cleaning Services and is the largest shareholder within the Group. The Group has now grown to approaching a £10 Million pounds turnover.

Stuart Chisholm

Managing Director

Stuart Chisholm has been in the cleaning industry for over 18 years and is now the Managing Director of Future Carpet Cleaning. Stuart started his own company, MCN, back in 1992 specialising in carpet and upholstery cleaning. In 2004 Future Cleaning Services brought 50% shares in MCN and later changed the name to Future Cleaning Services Ltd. Stuart’s experience has helped expand FCCS services and has now added commercial power washing and a reach and wash window system, which we are hoping to expand over the company years.

Stuart Plant

Operations Manager

Stuart Plant has worked for Future Carpet Cleaning Ltd for the last 6 years and is the Senior Operations Manager for the company. Stuart has gained all relevant knowledge over the years and, along with Stuart Chisholm, has gained accreditation to a European standard IICR (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration), and has recently passed a rigorous training programme in IPAE, giving him the certification needed for mobile elevating work platforms (ladders, cherry pickers and scissor lifts).
